PawCleanix is sold and fulfilled through Amazon's FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) network, giving you access to Amazon's full shipping infrastructure and customer service.

Fast Delivery

Orders ship from Amazon's fulfillment centers. Standard delivery times apply — Prime members typically receive orders within 2 business days.

Prime Eligible

PawCleanix qualifies for Amazon Prime free shipping. If you're a Prime member, your order ships free with Prime delivery speeds.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided through Amazon. You can view delivery status and estimated arrival in your Amazon order history at any time.

Shipping Times Managed by Amazon

Actual delivery windows, available shipping options, and carrier assignments are determined by Amazon based on your location and available fulfillment center inventory. These may vary. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the product listing on Amazon before placing your order.

Returns Policy

30-Day Returns via Amazon

PawCleanix follows Amazon's standard 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return directly through your Amazon order history within 30 days of delivery.

Amazon handles all return requests, refunds, and replacements. Their support team is available 24/7 through the Amazon Help Center.

How to Return

Go to your Amazon orders → select the PawCleanix order → click "Return or Replace Items" → follow the on-screen prompts.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, per Amazon's standard return policy for eligible items.

Refunds

Refunds are processed by Amazon and typically appear within 3–5 business days after the return is received, per their standard process.

International Orders

PawCleanix is currently available through Amazon's US marketplace. International availability may vary based on Amazon's shipping programs.

Shipping FAQ

No. PawCleanix is available to all Amazon customers with or without Prime. Amazon Prime members receive free 2-day shipping as part of their membership. Non-Prime orders are subject to standard Amazon shipping rates and delivery windows.

Once your order ships, Amazon will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status and tracking details at any time by visiting your Amazon account and navigating to "Orders."

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Amazon customer service directly through your order history. As an FBA seller, Amazon handles all fulfillment issues including damaged deliveries. You can also reach us at support@pawcleanix.store and we'll do our best to help coordinate.

Order changes and cancellations are managed through Amazon. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may be able to cancel through your Amazon account. Once an order ships, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can initiate a return after delivery through the standard 30-day return process.
